We depart the afternoon of Nov 7th. Arrive in Mexico the morning of Nov 9th for one day land pass. We Depart on 9th from Mexico back to the U.S. and Arrive home on the morning of Nov 11th. **Highly Suggest you arrive in Galveston Texas the day before to ensure you do not miss boarding times.

You either need to have a passport (highly recommended )or you are allowed to travel with a raised seal birth certificate and government issued ID (think driver’s license) without a passport being needed. Here are links on how to get a passport and what travel documents are needed:

Day one will be boarding.

Day two is a full day at sea with keynotes and training session.

Day three is a full free day in Cozumel, Mexico.

Day four is a full day at sea with keynotes, training, and red-carpet night.

Day five we arrive on U.S. land in AM.

We will have two CNA fest attendees to each room.  You are welcome to book two tickets for a spouse to join you on the trip. You can also book two tickets if you want a room for yourself, otherwise we will be paring CNA fest attendees together. We can in very special circumstances make custom accommodations depending on your unique needs.

There will be no refunds given or financial assistance provided anyone who misses the boat boarding times for departing the U.S. and when departing Mexico. Do not be late.

Cancelation / Refund Policy. Please note that to secure enough rooms for everyone who wants to attend the cruise, we must reserve the space on board the boat ahead of the event. This limited any potential “non-CNA Fest” cruise guest have less rooms available to book. With that in mind note the below refund policy in place.  

- If you cancel 9 months before the sailing date: (Before Jan 31st) You are eligible for a full refund minus a small 5% processing fee of the total amount, you have already paid towards each ticket(s).

- If you cancel 7 months before the sailing date: (Before March 31st) You are eligible for a full refund minus $50 and a 20% processing fee of the total amount, you have already paid towards each ticket(s).

- If you cancel 5 months before the sailing date: (Before May 31sth) You are eligible for a full refund minus $100 and a 20% processing fee of the total amount, you have already paid towards each ticket(s).

- If you cancel 3 months before the sailing date: (Before July 31st) You are eligible for a full refund minus $200 and a 20% processing fee of the total amount, you have already paid towards each ticket(s).

- If you cancel 1 month before the sailing date: (Before September 30th) You are not eligible for any full refund amount paid towards each ticket(s)

Houston, Texas has the nearest airport with commercial flights. It is roughly 70 miles away from Galveston, Texas where we board the cruise ship. You can take 1 of 5 shuttle buses from the airport to the port for around $35.

This event will have photography and video recording randomly throughout the experience. By attending your agree to allow NAHCA CNA, its partners and sponsors to use any images or videos taken with you in it without being compensated or holding legal actions towards said parties. This includes any future marketing material, print, online, or otherwise and social media use that may occur.

You are allowed to bring a family member, spouse, partner, child, or friend. They must at least 18 years of age and purchase the same room as you.

This promotion is only good for the individual purchase of tickets by independent CNAs. Not for organizations that want to bulk buy multiple tickets at once.
